Our admissions process is deliberately designed as a mutual exploration process—ensuring that our active studio culture, maker-centered workflows, and volunteer community commitments are a beautiful match for your family’s educational goals.Here is how our streamlined 3-step admissions pathway works for both our Day School (Mon–Thu) and Homeschool Hybrid (Fri) tracks:

Step 1: The Intent to Enroll Form

Before accessing our registration system, all interested families must be added to our primary community database. This ensures we can track space availability fairly based on the exact date and time your family enters our queue.

Step 2: The Community Alignment & Introduction Session

A core pillar of the ThinkerStudio model is shared alignment. To ensure that our hand-tool safety protocols, independent learner expectations, and collaborative community culture fit your goals:

• Fast-Track Families: If you have already completed a 1-on-1 Introduction Session and Tour with us, you are fully fast-tracked and can jump straight to Step 3.New Families: Attendance at an upcoming

• Group Introduction Session at the studio property is mandatory before a registration agreement can be fully finalized. This is a warm, casual opportunity to see where our tools live, check out our natural pond and wildlife garden, and align on our community volunteer commitments.

• Please check your email onboarding sequence or reply to your confirmation message to RSVP for our next available morning or evening meeting block.

Step 3: Jovial Portal Registration & Profile Activation

Once your Intent to Enroll is verified, you will receive our official portal link to launch your family profile in Jovial (our secure administrative hub).

• Profile Setup: You will input your child's core details, emergency contacts, and select your preferred fall tracks (Day School K–5 or our 8-week Friday Supplement blocks).

• Roster Security: Completing your profile secures your exact place in our registration line.

• Note: For the 2026–2027 launch window, our payment terminal is undergoing its final backend integration. Roster spots will hold your place in queue, and an automated prompt will alert you mid-week the moment the secure deposit system is live.
