The Vision

As we prepare to transition into our new campus, Learning Blueprint ThinkerStudio is seeking innovative, learner-centered educators to lead our Summer Studio Series. This is more than a summer gig; it is an invitation to join a movement dedicated to student agency, durable skills, and non-traditional assessment.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for educators who are curious about our model and are considering applying for full-time Lead Artisan or Mentor positions for our Fall 2026 launch. You will have the opportunity to "get your feet wet" in our intimate home-studio environment, working with small groups of motivated learners (8–10 students) before we scale to our new campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Inquiry: Lead 3-hour Pop-Ups and 2/4-day Mini-Camps focused on Creative Writing (voice, narrative synthesis, and digital portfolios) or STEAM (physics, mechanical prototyping, and engineering inquiry).

  • Mentor, Don’t Lecture: Shift the focus from "instruction" to "facilitation," helping students navigate their own creative and technical hurdles.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Founder to refine the "ThinkerStudio" pedagogy in a real-world, high-energy setting.

Qualifications & Mindsets

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge in either Creative Writing or Physics/Engineering/Making.

  • The Writer’s Mind / Maker’s Eye: You see every student as a capable creator with a unique learning profile.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable with an open-theme curriculum that pivots based on student interest and discovery.

  • Experience: Previous experience in inquiry-based, project-based, or learner-centered environments is highly preferred.

  • Growth Mindset: A desire to participate in the School Design process and help build a new educational model from the ground up.
